I registered through this site last season and made over $100 for Kailey. All you do is create an account and then send emails to friends and family. They can order new magazine subscriptions or renew current subscriptions. There is no cost to you….just a little time to type in the email addresses. Once a month, this company mails out profit checks for 40% of your sales. The check is mailed directly to YOU. It beats the hassle of having to go door-knocking for sales. The magazines are not over-priced either. I’m just passing it along if you’d like to check it out.

WARM-UP try-ons tonight

Don’t forget I will have the warm-ups at the gym tonight. Order forms are hanging on the Cheers Elite bulletin board. Ordering these is totally optional!! The cost is $62.00 and the money is not due until July 15^th. Happy Thursday!

Money Clarification

If you sell tickets to the open gym fundraiser, give that money to Vicki or put it in the black payment box. Put your name on the envelope and write that it is money for open gym.

 

All tshirt and warm-up money goes to Kim Carper.  LeighAnn Bensley and I will see that your account is credited the correct amount for fundraising. Don’t forget that Lakewood prefers not to take checks, except from Lakewood parents. Sorry for all the confusion! J

If you'd like to have something like "Kailey's Grandma" put on the shirt, that is fine. Several people have been asking. We can do whatever we'd like!

Also, don't forget that I will have warm-up sizers at the gym on Thursday. No money due now!!

Melissa Siener had a great idea! Many of you will have a set of grandparents or other couples who pay to have their names go on the back of our cheer shirt. Rather than listing the names separatley, let's list them together (for spatial reasons). For example, let's put Tom & Mary Williams. I hope that makes sense. Please indicate that on your forms so I'll know to list them that way.

$$ How to turn in fundraiser money $$

Hey everyone! The question has been asked….”How do we turn in fundraising money?” I called Vicki today for clarification. Any fundraising money you have to turn in needs to be given to Vicki. Please do not leave it at the counter. Paying monthly fees at the counter is fine, but all money submitted from fundraisers needs to be given to Vicki. If she is busy or you can’t find her, you can always drop it in the black payment box at the gym. Just be sure to make a note stating that the money is from a fundraiser and put whose account it goes into. Vicki has a binder that she will use to keep up with each girl’s account. If you have not filled out the contact sheet yet, please do so. This contact sheet is an important part to the book-keeping process.

Fundraisers, practice dates, fees, special events, and competition dates will all be included as the information comes along.
